A guide picks up after that decision, with the tasks a seller actually has to finish before and after launch. #### Who legally sells your product Most networks act as the merchant of record. The [merchant of record definition](/best#definition) on the ranking names who charges the buyer, who files the tax, and which checkout leaves that tax with the vendor.
