## WarriorPlus review: what a vendor pays, and which sellers it fits

WarriorPlus deposits each sale into the payment account you connect, and you cover refunds from that same account.

### Is Warrior Plus legit for a launch vendor?

WarriorPlus is a real marketplace. [Its help center article on what the company is](https://help.warriorplus.com/en/articles/1658548-what-is-warriorplus) dates it to 2006 and names CEO Mike Lantz. Offers go through a staff review before they appear in the public marketplace, and a separate help article lists the vendor fee. WarriorPlus is the pick if you want internet-marketing affiliates, checkout through an account you connect, and the buyer's money deposited when the sale happens.

Choose another network when you need the checkout company to handle sales tax, to approve refunds, or to appear as the seller on the card statement. [ClickBank](/reviews/clickbank) and [Digistore24](/reviews/digistore24) take that seller role. Their reviews cover statement descriptors and who absorbs a chargeback. The [WarriorPlus refund article](https://help.warriorplus.com/en/articles/5149067-how-do-i-request-a-refund-for-a-product-i-bought-on-warriorplus) says buyers purchase from the vendor, and that disputes, refund approvals and vendor duties stay with that vendor. A buyer who is angry at one product still types the platform's name into a review site. The reputation comes with the listing.

If JVZoo is the other name on the list, [compare JVZoo and WarriorPlus](/compare/jvzoo-vs-warrior-plus) on a $97 sale at a 50% commission. When the launch is a partner contest, JVZoo is the stronger fit, and that comparison has the fee math.

### Sell on Warrior Plus with the launch date already set

The worry before a fourth quarter launch is usually concrete. You have heard the scam stories, the offer is already written, and you need a fee you can set beside the commission before you email partners. Selling here means connecting a checkout account, submitting the offer, and keeping the sales page within the compliance rules after approval.

There is no charge to create the account and no charge to list the product. The platform's cut is the per-sale line in the fees section. A vendor with at least one approved offer can start selling a new one before that approval finishes, and affiliates can promote it during that time. The public marketplace shows the offer only after approval. Affiliates you already work with can send a link during that wait. A first offer waits until the review finishes before anyone can sell it. The [approval article](https://help.warriorplus.com/en/articles/1658584-how-long-does-it-take-for-my-offer-to-be-approved) says offers are generally reviewed within one to three business days, and it asks you to submit at least seven business days before launch day so a revision can still finish in time.

Affiliate reach is the community already on the platform. That article puts the community at over 100,000 vendors and affiliates in one total. That total is the size of the community on the platform. Partners request access, and you approve or decline each request, so the people who promote are the ones you have accepted. The figure starts to matter once those partners are approved. A launch that needs strangers to find the offer the hour it goes public fits JVZoo better. That network is built around contests, and its marketplace shows the product once it is live. The details are in the [JVZoo review](/reviews/jvzoo).

### WarriorPlus fees on each sale

The [vendor fee article](https://help.warriorplus.com/en/articles/2772140-warriorplus-vendor-fees) publishes a standard service fee and a series of lower percentages after a heavy month. Volume pricing uses sales from the last 30 days. It starts at 4.5% once that revenue passes $1,000, and it can reach 2% once revenue passes $100,000, if the vendor score is 60 or higher and the account is in good standing. If the score or the standing falls short, the account stays on the standard charge. The [payment-methods article](https://help.warriorplus.com/en/articles/1658552-what-payment-methods-can-i-accept-as-a-vendor-or-affiliate) names the two processors a vendor can connect, and each of them bills its own fee on top of the platform charge.

#### WarriorPlus

No account or listing fee. On a sale, 4.9% + $0.10, then the volume steps in the paragraph above.

#### [JVZoo](/reviews/jvzoo/pricing)

Nothing due until a sale. 5% of the sale on the processor you connect, or 8.5% when JVZoo processes the payment.

#### [ClickBank](/reviews/clickbank)

$49.95 once the first product is approved, then 7.5% + $1.00 per sale, and no monthly fee.

The JVZoo line matches the [JVZoo fees](/reviews/jvzoo/pricing) page. The ClickBank line matches its review. The [fee calculator](/compare/affiliate-network-fee-calculator-what-a-vendor-keeps-per-sale) runs ClickBank, Digistore24, BuyGoods, JVZoo and CopeCart on a price you choose. The worked example that includes WarriorPlus is the head-to-head linked from the opening.

### What a WarriorPlus vendor has to clear

Submit with the lead time above so a revision can finish before launch day. What the reviewer checks is in the [compliance guidelines](https://help.warriorplus.com/en/articles/2638114-warriorplus-compliance-guidelines). The sales page must follow the FTC standard the guidelines name, and it needs an earnings disclaimer, a privacy policy, and a support link buyers can see. The guidelines state the rule on the button in one line: "The buy button (or tracking pixel) and WarriorPlus disclaimer must remain on your sales page at all times." A private screencast may be required when the claims need proof a reviewer cannot see from the public URL.

A [public post in 2025](https://www.reddit.com/r/microsaas/comments/1wt0iz4/i%5Fchecked%5F25%5Fwarriorplusjvzoo%5Flaunch%5Fpages/) looked at 25 launch pages on WarriorPlus and JVZoo together. Of those pages, 19 had at least one problem a reviewer might raise, and 6 were clean. Put the disclaimer, the support link and the privacy policy on the page before you submit, because that lead time assumes a revision is possible.

When you submit the offer, connect the payment account first, because sale proceeds are deposited there. If you have had an offer approved before, you can make sales on a new offer while its public listing is still under review. If a required piece is missing, the reviewer sends the page back for edits.

### Payouts: your deposit, then the affiliate wallet

The fee article describes the payment in three steps. The full purchase price is deposited into the account you connected, at the moment of the sale. The platform fee is deducted from that amount. The affiliate commission is then deducted from what you received, and that commission is credited to the affiliate's WarriorPlus Wallet.

The delay applies to that wallet. The article on [delayed commissions](https://help.warriorplus.com/en/articles/1658612-what-are-delayed-commissions) says the delay runs from 3 to 90 days, based on the affiliate's risk metrics. Your deposit still happens at the time of the sale. The affiliate commission is deducted from money you have already received, so the balance has to cover that deduction and any later refund.

The [payout timeline](/compare/when-does-a-vendor-get-paid-payout-hold-and-reserve-timeline-by-affiliate-networ) puts this sale-day deposit on the same calendar as the networks that hold a reserve. JVZoo holds the vendor's share until its refund window ends. That timing is in the [JVZoo review](/reviews/jvzoo).

### Refunds and chargebacks stay on your account

You issue the refund. You decide whether the buyer gets the money back, and you handle the dispute. The refund article tells the buyer to contact the vendor first, so product questions and refund requests come to you. When you process the refund through WarriorPlus, the article on [fees and paid commissions](https://help.warriorplus.com/en/articles/11909087-how-refunds-and-chargebacks-affect-vendor-fees-and-paid-commissions) says any fees and commissions are returned to you.

A chargeback is decided by the processor, and WarriorPlus stays out of the case. The transaction may be marked as disputed, with the funds frozen, until the processor resolves the case.

On [Trustpilot](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/warriorplus.com), a buyer described a refund that "failed, most likely due to insufficient funds in the vendors paypal account." The spelling is the reviewer's. It matches the payment flow. The payment was deposited into the vendor's account, so a later refund required that balance to still be available.

Steve Craver, in a long article on the marketplace, describes it as having "more scammy offers than genuine products." Partners who have read that kind of account will judge your page next to the offers around it. Weigh that reputation alongside the founding year and the published fee.

##### What works

* No setup charge and no listing charge
* Your connected PayPal or Stripe account receives the sale as soon as the buyer pays
* The rate can fall after a high-volume month if the vendor score and account standing meet the published requirements
* Once one offer has been approved, a later offer can be sold before it appears in the public marketplace

##### What to watch

* Sales tax, refunds and chargebacks remain your responsibility, on the payment account you connect
* The sales page has to keep the disclaimer and the buy button after approval
* Third-party articles describe many low-quality offers, and buyer reviews describe refunds that fail when the vendor's balance is depleted
* Affiliate commission is deducted from your deposit and can remain in the affiliate's wallet for days or months

### What a vendor gives up

Affiliates promote only after you approve the request. A public listing still needs that approval before anyone can send a promotional email.

### If JVZoo is the other option

The help center states the fee, how offers are reviewed, and where the buyer's payment is deposited. Trustpilot and the Steve Craver article show how buyers talk about refunds and about the offers next to yours. Fees and rules here come from WarriorPlus's help center. What buyers run into comes from those two outside reports. The [methodology](/methodology) is the longer version of that process.
