For vendors waiting on hop links

Get your offer approved on the first submission

The funnel is built, and the network still will not turn on hop links.

Match the pitch, the page after checkout, the refund wording and the claims to what that network publishes. Then submit to the network whose requirements you already meet. ClickBank lets a first-time vendor submit the funnel for a compliance review. BuyGoods accepts vendors by recommendation, referral, or a proven track record. JVZoo offers a fast listing review.

The timing and page rules below come from each network's seller or help pages. What sellers report when ClickBank asks for changes comes from public threads. How we research affiliate networks explains which facts come from the companies and which come from sellers.

What every network checks before affiliates can send traffic

A reviewer has to open the offer with no password. The shared set is small.

  • A public pitch the reviewer can load.
  • The page the buyer reaches after payment.
  • Refund or return language the buyer can read.
  • Claims written on those pages.

Past that set, the four networks diverge. ClickBank adds category rulebooks and, for FDA-regulated physical goods, proof of liability insurance. Digistore24 matches the pages to the settings stored on the account. JVZoo checks the pitch for FTC issues, and it adds underwriting if JVZoo will charge the card. BuyGoods filters who may list at all.

ClickBank product approval and compliance review

ClickBank's getting-started article says you usually receive a result within 3 to 5 business days. Chat support cannot approve a product. It also cannot speed the review up. The Compliance team is the only group that can approve a product.

The sell page calls the pass a complimentary FTC and FDA review and a ClickBank compliance check. Reviewers look at product materials, the sales funnel, marketing copy, and the prices. The same page discounts the marketplace activation charge to $29.95 for an additional account when you note it on the first product request.

Before the review can finish, the getting-started article requires a pitch page for every seller, a thank-you page that shows how a buyer reaches you, and a working payment link on the pitch. Approval does not put the offer in the marketplace. You publish that listing yourself in account settings. When the product is approved for the marketplace, that article requires a $49.95 activation charge.

The product guidelines say ClickBank can decline the product, halt sales, remove the marketplace listing, or deactivate the account. In the health category, those guidelines say sellers may not guarantee results of any kind.

FDA-regulated physical goods add a policy on top of that review. The physical-products article requires liability insurance that names Click Sales Inc., 1444 South Entertainment Avenue, Suite 410, Boise, ID 83709, as an additional insured. The rest of that path is in the ClickBank vendor review.

Sellers in public threads report two outcomes on top of those guidelines. Long-time sellers on Warrior Forum say ClickBank asks them to change the site. A separate seller report says a listing was declined because ClickBank treated it as a service, which it does not sell.

Digistore24 product approval: pages must match your settings

Digistore24's approval-process article says the company aims to finish within 48 hours on weekdays.

The sales-page criteria say reviewers look at the sales page, the product and the thank-you page, and confirm the return period matches the product settings. English-language products with an English sales page and an English post-purchase page must offer buyers at least 60 days to return. The rule is the same for Digistore24 GmbH and for Digistore24 Inc.

The return policy has to be written out on the sales page. A seal on its own does not satisfy the criteria. Buy buttons must link to a Digistore24 order form.

The Digistore24 vendor review covers the reseller model and the fees after approval. Submit the offer when the English pages already meet the return period above and every buy button links to a Digistore24 order form.

JVZoo product approval: listing review and underwriting

JVZoo's homepage says most products are approved within 24 to 48 hours. The same page says FTC compliance reviews check sales pages for red flags.

A second pass applies if JVZoo will charge the card. JVZoo Processing sends the product to an underwriting team before you can accept payments on JVZoo without Stripe or PayPal.

The approval guidelines are what the Compliance Team uses when it reviews products added to the platform. The product-calendar article says every product needs that review before it can go live, be sold, or be promoted by affiliates.

ClickBank vs JVZoo for vendors sets the two paths side by side. Choose JVZoo when Stripe or PayPal is already connected and you want the faster review mentioned above. That underwriting step applies only when JVZoo's own processor takes the payment.

BuyGoods: a referral or a sales record comes first

The BuyGoods homepage does not publish a vendor checklist of funnel pages. Entry is by recommendation, referral, or a proven track record. Affiliate applications on that page are reviewed by hand, and the form asks for proof of past performance or a referral.

The BuyGoods vendor review and BuyGoods vs ClickBank for nutra vendors compare that entry rule with ClickBank. Apply once you can show a referral or proof of past sales.

Build one approval packet you can reuse

An open navy folder holding three grey page sheets, the top sheet offset to the right

Keep a single folder with the pitch URL, the post-purchase URL, the upsell URLs, the refund text, the prices, and a support contact. Match the refund length to the strictest network you will use. English pages for Digistore24 have to meet the return terms in that section. A health-product pitch for ClickBank has to follow the health guidelines above.

After ClickBank approves the product, the marketplace fee in that section is the charge named in the getting-started article. The Digistore24 and JVZoo reviews cover the fees that follow approval.

When approval stalls

After ClickBank's usual review time, chat support still cannot approve the product. Sellers who are waiting report two things. ClickBank asks for site changes, or it rejects the offer as a service.

JVZoo holds every product until the compliance review in the JVZoo section is finished. The guidelines linked there are what the Compliance Team uses if the product comes back for another look.

Pick your first network and submit

I'd start with ClickBank when the pitch, the contact details after checkout, and the payment link are already live. The ClickBank vendor review is the page to read next. It covers the compliance requirements and the fees.

I'd submit to Digistore24 first when the English pages already match the account settings in that section, order-form links included. I'd choose JVZoo first only if Stripe or PayPal is already connected.

Use the approval checklist to see which pages you already have before you submit. The vendor guides hub covers the other seller tasks.
