Worked example: one launch-week sale on 2 November
Say a launch opens on Monday 2 November 2026 and the first order is charged that day. ClickBank closes the pay period at midnight Pacific going into Wednesday 4 November and sends the money on Friday 6 November. That Friday payment carries nine tenths of the sale's revenue. The last tenth sits in the return allowance and comes back to your balance around Wednesday 27 January 2027.
Digistore24 holds the money longer and pays it out on fixed days of the month. A sale at this price becomes payable after two weeks, on 16 November, and is paid out on the next date you selected, which is Saturday 21 November if you chose the 7th and 21st. The security deposit frees up on 1 January 2027 and goes out on 7 January. Even then, the money can take another two working weeks to show up in your bank.
CopeCart's help centre works through its own case of €1,000 earned on 3 January, with €800 sent on the first payout date after day 14 and €200 on the first one after day 40. The same rule puts the 2 November sale's larger share on 21 November and its remainder on 14 December. Pay the Fast Payout surcharge and the first share arrives within a week instead, by 9 November.
When buyers pay through your own processor, JVZoo releases the revenue after its 30-day refund period, on 2 December. On a new account a single $97 order also sits below JVZoo's first-payout minimum, so it waits for the next sale.
On Hotmart's activated schedule, the larger share of that Monday sale can be withdrawn on Wednesday 4 November, and the remainder on Tuesday 17 November. WarriorPlus sends the sale into your PayPal or Stripe that same Monday.
My take: for a Q4 launch I would fund ad spend and contest prizes from the shares that clear in the first week, and I would leave ClickBank's allowance and Digistore24's deposit out of the December budget. Hotmart's held tenth, once that schedule is on, is back inside November.

ClickBank: a Wednesday cut-off and a Friday payment
ClickBank's "When do I get paid?" article says pay periods end every Wednesday at 12:00 AM Pacific and that payments go out on Fridays. Its accounting policy adds that money is distributed two days after the period ends and that 10% of each period's revenue is kept as a return allowance, released after about 84 days. Nothing is paid until the account shows five sales from unique customers, and a balance under the default payment threshold waits for a later Friday.
If you are paid every two weeks, the calculator shows the first eligible Friday and the one after it, because ClickBank's own two-week calendar decides which of the two you get. The ClickBank review for vendors covers the rest of the seller terms.
Digistore24: a 60-day deposit and four dates a month
Under Digistore24's security deposit rule, 10% of your earnings stays in the account for 60 days. Its help centre states that the other 90% is payable after 14 days on smaller sales and after 30 days on larger ones, using the price line in the rules above. The payout dates article limits transfers to the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th, sets a lower minimum for the 7th than for the other three, and warns that a transfer can take up to ten business days to arrive. The comparison table on the pricing page still lists that vendor cadence as weekly, up to four times a month, with $2.50 for an ACH transfer and $40 for an international wire. The affiliate FAQ on the same page says payouts run up to three times a week. The feature page for that line is about affiliate commissions: 80% after 14 days, the rest after 30 days, and no minimum. Vendor transfers stay on the four help-centre dates. The Digistore24 vs JVZoo comparison sets the deposit against JVZoo's refund hold.
JVZoo: thirty days on your own processor
The JVZoo FAQ says that with your own processor your revenue arrives after the 30-day refund period, and that a new account waits for the minimum in the rules above. The same page says every payout accounts for that refund period, including sales JVZoo processes itself. It still does not list the days those processed sales are sent, so the calculator treats day 30 as the earliest date and leaves the transfer calendar to your dashboard. How that trade looks against ClickBank's Friday cycle is in ClickBank vs JVZoo for vendors.
CopeCart: 80% at two weeks, the rest at day 40
CopeCart's EU guide to payouts and taxes says CopeCart pays 80% of your earnings 14 days after a successful sale and the remaining 20% 40 days after it, by bank transfer on the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th. With Fast Payout switched on, the 80% arrives within 7 days and CopeCart adds a surcharge of 0.5% of the gross amount. CopeCart Americas runs under separate terms, so these dates apply to sellers on the European platform. Digistore24 vs CopeCart for EU vendors compares the two calendars directly.
Hotmart: turn the faster schedule on
Hotmart's two-day payment article is the source for both clocks. Once you activate the schedule, Hotmart releases the larger share of net revenue on the second business day, and the rest fifteen days later. Turning it on adds a processing fee of 0.97% of net revenue, excluding VAT. Installment purchases in Mexican pesos or Brazilian reais, and sales paid with Klarna or Sequra, stay on the standard window. The Hotmart review also lists the Brazilian card and PIX clocks, which this calculator does not run.
WarriorPlus: the buyer's payment hits your processor
WarriorPlus sends the full purchase price into your PayPal or Stripe as soon as checkout succeeds. The vendor fee article sets the order: the platform fee comes off that deposit, and the affiliate commission is deducted from what you received and credited to the affiliate's Wallet. The payment-methods article names one exception. A purchase funded from a WarriorPlus Wallet stays in your Wallet. JVZoo and WarriorPlus for a launch compares the two checkouts, including when each one pays.
BuyGoods: no public vendor schedule
BuyGoods publishes no vendor payout timing, so it appears in both tables as not published. The BuyGoods review covers what the network does say in public.
What sellers report about holds
Seller complaints about payouts are mostly about exceptions to these calendars. Digistore24's vendor terms let it withhold unpaid money when complaints point to a breach of the agreement or the law, which our Digistore24 review goes through. CopeCart sellers on review sites mention weekly processing without delays, and most public complaints about JVZoo come from buyers chasing refunds. Treat each published rule as the earliest date your money can move, since an account under review can wait longer. For what each network takes before any of this, start with the affiliate network fee calculator.

Changelog
- 23 October 2026. Hotmart's activated schedule is on the sale-date tool and in the rules. Digistore24's three-times-a-week line is recorded as the affiliate schedule, and vendor transfers stay on the help-centre dates. JVZoo processing is noted as still bound to the refund period. WarriorPlus is on the tool as a sale-day deposit.
