Quick answer

ClickBank is our top pick for most people. The default network for a direct response offer that needs the biggest open pool of affiliates, with checkout, tax, compliance review and payouts handled for you, at a higher per-sale fee than Digistore24 advertises.

  • ClickBank. Best for vendors of digital and physical direct-response offers who want a large open affiliate marketplace and merchant-of-record checkout.
  • Digistore24. Best for vendors selling into the US and EU who want tax and VAT handled, and nothing due until a sale.
  • BuyGoods. Best for experienced health and wellness vendors with a proven offer or a referral.
  • JVZoo. Best for digital product and software launches built around JV partners, leaderboards, and fast listing.
  • CopeCart. Best for high-ticket course, coaching and digital sellers who close part of their sales by phone.
  • WarriorPlus. Best for sellers who need each sale deposited into their own PayPal or Stripe account at checkout.
  • CartPanda. Best for vendors who want a hosted checkout with order bumps and upsells. Has a free tier.
  • SamCart. Best for a vendor who already recruits affiliates and wants order bumps and upsells on hosted checkout pages.
  • Hotmart. Best for course and info-product creators who want hosting, checkout and affiliate management in one place, including those with buyers in Brazil. Has a free tier.
  • ThriveCart. Best for vendors who charge through their own payment processor, add Pro+ when partners promote the offer, and pay no platform percentage.
  • PayKickstart. Best for launch vendors who want order bumps, one-click upsells and partner contracts on a processor they connect.
  • ClickFunnels. Best for This fits vendors who already run funnels in ClickFunnels and who choose Optimize or Dominate to track affiliates..
  • Stan Store. Best for a vendor who sells from a link-in-bio store and wants Stan to pay affiliates on the higher plan.

The alternatives, ranked

1. ClickBank, for the biggest open affiliate pool

Best for: vendors of digital and physical direct-response offers who want a large open affiliate marketplace and merchant-of-record checkout

ClickBank's seller page, headed 'Grow Your Sales, Not Your Workload', with a Start Here button and the site's main navigation

The default network for a direct response offer that needs the biggest open pool of affiliates, with checkout, tax, compliance review and payouts handled for you, at a higher per-sale fee than Digistore24 advertises.

$49.95 once, when the first product is approved, then 7.5% + $1.00 per sale. No monthly fee.

ClickBank takes a percentage of every order, and that percentage adds up when you sell a lot of supplements. Before a product can be listed, the compliance review sends aggressive sales copy back for a rewrite.

2. Digistore24, for US and EU tax handling

Best for: vendors selling into the US and EU who want tax and VAT handled, and nothing due until a sale

Digistore24 pricing page showing 'Starting at 2.9% + $1 per sale' for brands and $0 for affiliates, with 'No setup fee. No monthly fee.' underneath

A low-fee merchant of record for vendors who sell in the US and the EU and want VAT and sales tax filed for them. You pay only when a sale goes through.

Nothing due until a sale. The per-sale rate starts at 2.9% + $1 and is set for each product, with a higher US margin. Payout charges are listed with the drawbacks.

The rate a vendor actually pays can sit well above the advertised floor, and 10% of each sale is held for 60 days before it is paid out.

3. BuyGoods, for proven health offers

Best for: experienced health and wellness vendors with a proven offer or a referral

BuyGoods homepage describing a performance marketplace for health and wellness vendors and affiliates, with Become an Affiliate and Become a Vendor buttons

A curated health and wellness network for vendors who already have a converting offer or a referral, with its own checkout and split testing, and no public fee schedule.

No public vendor fee. The terms are set when the account is approved.

BuyGoods sets the fee when you apply, so there is no public number to compare with the other networks. A new offer with no sales history may not get an account.

4. JVZoo, for JV product launches

Best for: digital product and software launches built around JV partners, leaderboards, and fast listing

JVZoo homepage with the headline 'Create. List. Sell. Scale.' and a strip of payout partners including PayPal, Payoneer, Stripe and Wise

The launch platform for digital products and software sold through affiliate partners and launch contests, taking 5% of each sale with your own Stripe or PayPal behind the checkout.

Nothing due until a sale. 5% per sale if you connect your own Stripe or PayPal, or 8.5% if JVZoo processes the payment.

It is a launch platform first. A physical supplement that relies on affiliates to run ads year-round will find fewer of them here than on the networks ranked above it.

5. CopeCart, for high-ticket digital and coaching sales

Best for: high-ticket course, coaching and digital sellers who close part of their sales by phone

CopeCart's English homepage: headline 'Payments, Buy Now Pay Later & Tax Compliance for Your Online Business' under a banner offering early adopters 2.9% + $1 per sale if they qualify

The EU-born merchant-of-record checkout for digital, course and coaching sellers who want buy-now-pay-later, collections and phone-close tools on the order form, with a published EU per-sale rate and no monthly fee.

EU orders are 4.9% of the gross plus one euro, with no monthly fee. Card orders rise by 2 percentage points once the surcharge starts. The Americas billing example is 10% of the net plus one dollar.

Your fee depends on which CopeCart entity you sign with. The EU list rate and the Americas billing example differ, and the early-adopter banner on the English homepage advertises a sister product, so get your own rate in writing before you price the funnel.

6. WarriorPlus, for cash in your processor at checkout

Best for: sellers who need each sale deposited into their own PayPal or Stripe account at checkout

WarriorPlus help center article titled WarriorPlus Vendor Fees, under a red header with the WarriorPlus logo, dated January 30, 2026, with the standard service fee of 4.9% plus $0.10 visible

WarriorPlus deposits each sale into the payment account you connect, and you cover refunds from that same account.

No fee until a sale. 4.9% plus $0.10, or 2% on the high-volume tier.

Affiliates promote only after you approve the request. A public listing still needs that approval before anyone can send a promotional email.

7. CartPanda, for a hosted checkout with order bumps

Best for: vendors who want a hosted checkout with order bumps and upsells

CartPanda homepage with the headline about digital sales around the world, a Create account button, a note that no credit card is required to start, and sample order cards beside a sales chart

A CartPanda or Cartpanda Inc. charge means CartPanda sold you the supplier's product. If that name surprised you, start with CartPanda's order lookup. Vendors get a customizable checkout with order bumps and upsells, a monthly plan, a high per-sale rate, a reserve on payouts, and CartPanda's own affiliate program.

The Light plan is $0.99 a month, plus 9.9% and $1 per sale. Advanced is $299 a month at 8.5%. Basics is free.

The monthly fee sits on top of a percentage of each sale. If the buyer gets a refund, CartPanda keeps its transaction fee. CartPanda Pay also keeps a rolling reserve. The affiliates are CartPanda's own.

8. SamCart, for a hosted checkout when the affiliates are already yours

Best for: a vendor who already recruits affiliates and wants order bumps and upsells on hosted checkout pages

SamCart homepage with the samcart logo in a black header, Login and Get Started buttons, the headline 3X Your Conversions and Stop Losing Revenue at Checkout, and a tablet showing a SamCart AI chat next to an order bump suggestion

SamCart is a hosted checkout from SamCart Inc. in Austin. You recruit the affiliates and you pay them. Pro is the plan that adds the affiliate program and the conversion tools to that checkout.

Core is $79 a month. Pro is $199 a month and adds the Affiliate Center.

You approve each affiliate and pay them from an exported file. Order bumps, upsells and the affiliate program are on Pro. You handle sales tax, and the subscription still bills in a month with no sales.

9. Hotmart, for courses, including Brazil

Best for: course and info-product creators who want hosting, checkout and affiliate management in one place, including those with buyers in Brazil

Hotmart homepage with the hotmart logo, a signup card titled Create your free account, and a woman holding a phone against an orange background under the headline We make your digital business happen.

Hotmart pays course sellers on the schedules in its help center. A frozen account stops the transfer.

No monthly fee. A USD sale above $15 is 9.9% + $1.00.

The standard wait is long for Brazilian card sales, and a faster schedule withholds part of each sale. A freeze on the account stops the transfer. If your buyers are in the US or the EU and you only need checkout plus affiliates, compare Digistore24 and ClickBank before you migrate.

10. ThriveCart, for affiliates on Pro+, with a bump already on Standard

Best for: vendors who charge through their own payment processor, add Pro+ when partners promote the offer, and pay no platform percentage

ThriveCart homepage with an orange announcement bar, the ThriveCart logo, Get Started Free and Login, the headline The Creator Stack used by 75,000+ solopreneurs, and a teal bar chart of revenue.

ThriveCart is the checkout to use when the sale should hit your Stripe or PayPal account with no platform cut, and you will move to Pro+ if partners promote the offer.

Standard is $47 a month, or $495 paid once. Pro+ is $87 a month and adds affiliates. The platform fee on a sale is 0%.

Affiliate tracking on a new account is a Pro+ feature, commissions are paid through your PayPal account, and you remain the merchant on the charge. One public comment describes a slow refund of the software subscription. Another describes checkout downtime that blocked a payment.

11. PayKickstart, for JV partner splits on your own gateway

Best for: launch vendors who want order bumps, one-click upsells and partner contracts on a processor they connect

PayKickstart homepage with a green PayKickstart 2.0 banner, the paykickstart logo, Sign in and Try It Free, the headline Revenue Growth and Affiliate Platform, and a ring of labels for checkout, affiliates, subscriptions and reporting.

PayKickstart is the checkout for a launch vendor who still pays JV partners, and who will take a monthly plan or a share of revenue to run that cart on their own gateway.

From $79 a month up to $3,000 in revenue, or 6% of revenue on Launch. Connect starts at 2.3% plus $0.20.

You are the seller on the processing account, so you handle refund disputes. The software fee is non-refundable once the trial converts, and reviews describe a long setup before the first sale.

12. ClickFunnels, for funnels, email and affiliate tools in one account

Best for: This fits vendors who already run funnels in ClickFunnels and who choose Optimize or Dominate to track affiliates.

ClickFunnels homepage with a dark navy header, the ClickFunnels logo, Pricing and Log in, an orange Try for Free button, the headline You're one funnel away from your first $10k month, an email field with Get Started, and tabs labeled Your Funnel, Your Store, Your CRM, Your Email Marketing and Your Online Courses.

ClickFunnels puts the funnel, the store, the CRM, email and courses on one subscription. The affiliate app is included with Optimize and Dominate. Launch and Scale leave it out.

Launch $97 a month. Affiliate tools on Optimize at $297 a month, or Dominate at $5,997 a year.

The affiliate app is on Optimize and Dominate. Launch and Scale leave it out. You recruit the affiliates yourself.

13. Stan Store, for a link-in-bio store when Stan pays the affiliates

Best for: a vendor who sells from a link-in-bio store and wants Stan to pay affiliates on the higher plan

Stan Store homepage on a purple background, with the Stan logo, Home, Our Mission, Blog, Log in and Sign Up, the headline Meet Your All-in-One Creator Store, a green Continue button, and a phone showing Alexandra Silva's store with a course, a coaching session and a downloadable guide.

Stan Store is a link-in-bio creator store. Creator Pro adds Affiliate Share, and Stan sends those commissions after a seven-business-day hold.

Creator is $29 a month or $300 a year. Affiliate Share is on Creator Pro at $99 a month or $948 a year. The homepage advertises 0% transaction fees.

Affiliate Share excludes order bumps and funnels. Buyers of an affiliate product must use Stripe. A seven-business-day hold applies before a withdrawal.

My take: where to start

If you are moving an offer off MaxWeb, I'd start with ClickBank. For ClickBank and for every other network here, I would look at what you keep from your usual order after the per-sale fee, the refund reserve and the payout cost. The size of an affiliate pool matters less than that until your offer has a conversion record to show affiliates.

How we ranked these

The order follows our ranking of affiliate networks for vendors: what each network costs per sale, what it requires before you list, how and when it pays out, and which affiliates it actually puts in front of your offer. Every fee comes from the network's own pages. Our methodology page sets out the rest.

Frequently asked questions

Which MaxWeb alternative should I look at first?
Start with ClickBank, first in this list for the biggest open affiliate pool. If you are leaving for a different reason, each network below is matched to one.
Can I list the same offer on more than one network?
Many vendors do, each network with its own checkout link and affiliate pool. Check each network's terms on exclusivity and duplicate listings before you do, and keep refund and support handling consistent across them.
