MaxWeb for supplement vendors: the contract, before you share the funnel
MaxWeb is a long-running CPA network for supplement and VSL offers. No vendor fee is published, and advertisers stay responsible for compliance, delivery and refunds.
If you sell a supplement, the affiliates you want may already group MaxWeb with BuyGoods and Digistore24. You need to know whether this is a network you should sign with, and which duties you take on, before you share a funnel.
MaxWeb's homepage describes MaxWeb Inc as an affiliate network. The supplier terms say it connects advertisers and product owners with affiliates who promote products for commissions. The homepage lists 1201 N. Orange Street Suite #7266, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States. The contact lines are affiliates@maxweb.com and +1 302-208-8361. The same page claims 18 years in business, 300 or more CPA offers, and 40,000 or more active affiliates. It also says the tracking is in-house, and that some offers are owned or exclusive.
Move ahead if that offer already sells on CPA traffic, the labeling is in order, and you can ship the product and handle refunds. See the MaxWeb advertiser application.
What MaxWeb is
The public site is built around CPA offers and video sales letters. Its nutra article defines nutra as nutraceuticals, also called nutritional supplements, and it names weight management and blood sugar support among the types.
The campaigns page hides the catalog until you have an account. Logged-out visitors are asked to sign up before the offers appear.
BuyGoods is a curated health marketplace. ClickBank is an open marketplace that publishes a seller fee and is the merchant of record. Digistore24 is the third network affiliates put in that group. The BuyGoods vs ClickBank comparison shows how those two handle a health offer.
What you agree to before a product can be listed
Every product you register has to be approved before it can be listed. MaxWeb may require changes, and it may block a product at its sole discretion. You submit the offer first. The product is listed only after approval.
You are solely liable for warnings, labeling and regulatory compliance. You also deliver the order. Physical products go to the street address the buyer gave. Electronic products go to the buyer's email.
Your posted return policy has to fall in a set range, from no refunds up to refunds or replacements for 60 days after purchase.
The same terms disclaim liability for a product defect or failure. The terms leave three things open: whether MaxWeb is the merchant of record, what name appears on the card, and how a chargeback is split.
The advertiser form, and where the rate is set
The advertiser form asks for the offer type, the tracking tool you already use, daily sales volume, the offer URL, the other networks you are on, and the payment terms you want. The tracking question names HasOffers, Cake and BuyGoods. The payment-terms examples on the form are CPA and net 7.
maxweb.com does not publish a vendor platform fee or a revenue share. The supplier terms say MaxWeb does not charge service fees for obtaining or managing an account, and they tell you to report anyone who asks for an account approval fee. The rate is whatever you enter on that form and negotiate after you are accepted.
Affiliate rules you can show a partner
Affiliate signup requires two industry references. Each one needs a name, a Telegram contact and an email, plus the affiliate's traffic and website details.
The payments page is written for affiliates. It withholds the first payout until the first commission is more than 30 days old, and until the offer has five unique purchases. After that, the default schedule is weekly, and the minimum is $100. You can direct a partner to those rules. Advertiser payout timing, reserves and the network's revenue share are not on that page. They are part of the deal after you submit.
What works
- The homepage and the nutra article describe supplement and VSL offers.
- A product is listed only after MaxWeb approves it, and MaxWeb can refuse it.
- Affiliate sign-up asks for two industry references, each with a name, a Telegram handle and an email.
- Affiliate payment rules are published, including the hold on the first commission.
- Supplier terms say there is no service fee to open or manage an account.
What to watch
- No vendor fee, advertiser payout schedule or revenue share is published.
- You remain responsible for labeling, compliance, delivery and the return policy.
- MaxWeb disclaims liability for product defects.
- Affiliate reviews report that the first payout can be delayed or hard to collect.
What a vendor gives up
MaxWeb disclaims product-defect liability and caps its aggregate liability at $100.
What affiliates report about MaxWeb
Research: unverifiedTwo industry references
In an AffPaying interview, Anna Gita, named there as CEO, says an affiliate needs two industry references to be accepted. Someone new can show proof of site ownership, or sales on other networks, instead.
“An affiliate marketer needs to have 2 industry references in order to be accepted onto MaxWeb. If he/she is new we need proof of website ownership or proof that he is working with other networks and has sales.”
Chasing the first payout is a ↓ common complaint
A Partnerkin review says a new affiliate may have to chase the first payout. An AffPaying review mentions waiting more than a month for a payment.
“If you signup, you may have to beg them to get your first paycheck.”
“more than 1 month for a payment”
BuyGoods and Digistore24
A 2025 Reddit thread on ClickBank alternatives groups MaxWeb with BuyGoods and Digistore24. Another 2025 thread says MaxWeb fits promoters who can run supplement offers.
“usually the next best affiliate networks are Buygoods, Digistore24, MaxWeb”
“Maxweb is for you if you can promote supplements”
What that means when you are recruiting
A media buyer who has waited for an early commission is slower to test a new offer. Shipping orders and handling refunds remain your job either way. Affiliates who run supplement offers are the ones grouping this network with BuyGoods and Digistore24.
Who should submit, and who should wait
Submit when you already sell a supplement, the compliance paperwork and the fulfillment are in place, and you want CPA buyers on VSL traffic. The approval gate and the two references help only if your offer can pass a review and the buyers you want can name someone in the industry.
Wait if this is your first offer and you need a published fee before you build the funnel. ClickBank is the open marketplace with a published seller fee. BuyGoods is the curated health path when you have conversions or a referral. Read how we research networks, then the ranking of affiliate networks for vendors.
Where to compare a published rate
MaxWeb publishes no plan tiers. For a rate you can compare with a sale price, use ClickBank fees, Digistore24 fees and BuyGoods fees. The fee calculator uses those published rates. MaxWeb has no rate in that calculator, because none is published.
See the MaxWeb advertiser application when those duties match the offer you already run.
